Who We Are
- Family owned and operated, Blake and Luke McCourt are brothers first and business partners second
- We live in Kansas City and work all over the metro, with clients in Lawrence, Alma, Paola, Harrisonville and Belton
- We are fully licensed and insured and eager to work. One or both of us are on site for every job – you will not get a different crew with each appointment

- We will work with your real estate team to keep houses looking their best as they are shown
Our Services
Residential and Commercial Window Washing
- Scrape windows first – we will always scrape windows before cleaning.
- We get on a ladder – we do not try to clean your windows from the ground with a cloth and pole, we will be on a ladder cleaning properly.
- We clean inside and out - it’s up to you, but we always recommend cleaning inside and out
- No drips - we are always careful not to leave water on sills, walls or floors
Residential and Commercial Window Washing
- Driveways, sidewalks, garage floors.
- Common areas, loading docks, walkways, driveways.
- Your bid will be all inclusive – we can haul away debris, prep area, move items.
Gutter Cleaning and Repair
- Gutters can be cleaned by hand or with water
- Downspouts are always included
- We get on a ladder to assess and clean – we don’t clean what we haven’t seen
- We haul away debris, leaving the ground area clean

House and Roof Washing
- Great for pollen, leaf and debris removal.
